Class Tuition Rates
|
Tuition for the 2009 season are as follows:
Cash, Check or Money Order payments are acceptable with mail-in registration, or by pre-arrangement with Rescue 3 Virginia. Cash or check payment must be made in full before the first day of class. A per/student non-refundable deposit of $100 (or payment in full) must be received prior to class to process the application and reserve a position in any class. Credit Cards are accepted for on-line registration only. We will no longer
be able to issue invoices or accept company purchase orders as payment for
tuition. We have established a process for secure on-line tuition payment from
each student via credit card as part of the step-by-step class registration
process. Students that are familiar with their agency's fiscal practices can
then seek reimbursement from their own agency if so desired. Consulting Fee - $500 per Day, per instructor plus expenses. Contract Classes - requires a $500 non-refundable deposit to lock and hold class dates. Note: Payment is the
only guarantee of enrollment, and will be applied on a first-come, first-served basis. For details regarding class times and locations click here for the Class Schedule. No Show/Drop Policy Students must provide a minimum two weeks notice to Rescue 3 Va. if they are unable to attend for any reason, or risk forfeiture of the deposit. Last minute no-shows or drops prevent us from providing service to other applicants. Students are frequently turned away when classes are full, so if a substitute can be found to fill a vacated slot with suitable advance notice, the chances for a full refund are increased. Point of No Return Once registration paperwork has been initiated, no individual refund requests will be honored. Students who fail to complete the course due to injury, illness, swimming deficiency, or physical inability will be offered the opportunity to complete the time missed during another course delivery in the same calendar year only. Our water and rope programs are physically demanding, and strong swimming skills are necessary for successful completion of water programs. Consequently, physical fitness and strong swimming skills are prerequisites for the water activities. The ability to work comfortably above the ground is necessary for the rope programs. We rely on your own assessment of both criteria. Certain exercises require mandatory participation for successful completion of the program. Physical fitness for intense activity is the responsibility of the student. Class Cancellations Rescue 3 Virginia, and all associated instructors, reserves the right to postpone or cancel or relocate any class if it is determined water levels or other conditions are unsafe or impractical for student participation, or if instructors that are active duty emergency responders are activated for local emergencies. Under those circumstances, a new course date can be coordinated or a refund offered.
